Last updated: September 30, 2026. These terms govern your use of AuraID.pro ("AuraID", "we", "us"). By creating an account or calling our API, you agree to them. Questions: support@auraid.pro.
AuraID provides a face-verification API: face enrollment, liveness challenges, and match decisions with confidence scores. We return a decision and a score — you decide what that means for your product (allow login, step up, block). You are responsible for the thresholds and policies you apply on top of our scores.
You must provide a valid email and verify it before using the API. API keys are secret: store them server-side, never in public apps or client-side code. You are responsible for all calls made with your keys until you revoke them. We may suspend keys or accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or violations of these terms.
New accounts receive 15 free API calls (enrollments and verifications combined). When the trial is used up, API calls return an error until you subscribe. Trial calls are for genuine testing and integration — not for production traffic, resale, or circumventing limits with multiple accounts.
The paid plan is $15/month billed yearly ($180/year). Payment is handled by our billing provider at secure checkout; subscriptions activate automatically once payment confirms and run for 12 months. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing for future terms with notice — your current term is unaffected.
You collect face data from your users, so you must: (a) obtain proper consent before capturing or sending biometric data; (b) publish your own privacy policy covering that collection; (c) comply with all applicable biometric and data-protection laws in your users' jurisdictions (including BIPA, GDPR, and equivalents); (d) never use AuraID for unlawful surveillance, or to verify anyone without their knowledge and consent. You indemnify us against claims arising from your collection or use of biometric data.
You must not: attempt to spoof or defeat liveness detection; reverse-engineer the service; resell API access without written permission; use the service to make solely-automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects without human review where the law requires it; or use the service in ways that violate anyone's rights or any law.
We target high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. No biometric system is perfect — false accepts and false rejects occur. Do not rely on AuraID as the sole control for high-stakes decisions (e.g. large fund movements, safety-critical access) without additional verification layers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including decisions you make based on verification results.
You may cancel anytime by not renewing; API access continues until the end of your paid term, then drops to trial limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, non-payment, or abuse, with or without notice for serious cases. Stored face templates for terminated accounts are deleted on request.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
